Your return has a roadmap.

A 12-week journey.

Weeks 1–4

1

READINESS

Weekly live sessions with our psychological counseling team. We rebuild confidence and address the emotional side of returning to work.

Weeks 5–10

2

TRAINING + MENTORSHIP

Digital upskilling through our IBM SkillsBuild learning path, running in parallel with one-on-one mentorship sessions through EMCC.

Weeks 11–12

3

ACTION

One-on-one sessions with our HR expert: CV update, interview simulation, and a personal 3-month action plan.

Note for employers: We do not guarantee placement or work through algorithms alone. Once a candidate is ready, we facilitate introductions to inclusive employer partners — the hiring decision always rests with the company.

Kaldığın Yerden Journey

System change starts from the inside.

  1. 1

    Join the Kaldığın Yerden program

  2. 2

    Become a mentor

share your journey with newly joined women

  3. 3

    Become an internal advocate

if you return to work, help break down bias inside your company

  4. 4

    Support opening doors

volunteer to give corporate support to Kaldığın Yerden graduates

There are two paths to system change: pounding on the door, or rebuilding the room with the people already inside. We chose the second.

No. Kaldığın Yerden does not operate as an employment agency, so we cannot guarantee job placement. However, the authority to hire rests with the companies themselves. Kaldığın Yerden's role is to connect the right candidate with the right company.
